My experience & qualifications
Ex Animo is led by Eva Francis, a highly experienced People Development professional, with leadership and consulting experience across the private and public sectors.
I have worked for global FMCG, financial, services, local government, private healthcare and tourism organisations in the UK and Central European markets.
My areas of specialisation include team development, leadership and management development, executive coaching, peer coaching programmes, learning impact evaluation and people performance development and management.
My experience of leading teams, including those that are culturally diverse and being a team member myself, gives me unique insight into what really makes effective teams work together as a cohesive whole rather than a group of independent members. Having this ‘lived’ experience drives my pragmatism and a focus on results.
I am certified in using ©Strengthscope’s Assessment Tools to enable optimal individual and team performance. I am also experienced in 360-degree feedback methods and team behaviour diagnostic tools.
I also have experience of working internationally in Poland and Central Europe.
I have been coaching leaders since 2010 and also have a Master’s degree in Management Learning (Lancaster University Management School). I’m an APECS-accredited executive coach and have certificates in coaching and mentoring practice from Oxford Brookes University, systemic leadership, team coaching and conflict transformation.
